Harvesting of grapes at the right degree of ripeness. Short cold maceration. Aging in steel in the absence of oxygen.
COLOR: coppery pink.
BOUQUET: red berry fruits, talc and violet.
TASTE: on the palate it is fresh, slightly tannic with alcohol balancing the whole; persistence is consistent to the scent, with a slightly smoky finish.
