Drying in the vineyard; late harvesting of the grapes with a careful selection of each bunch. Aged in French oak barrels.

COLOR: bright golden yellow.
BOUQUET: honey, orange blossoms, vanilla, dried apricots, toasted almonds and gingerbread.
TASTE: on the palate it is velvety and soft with a lively freshness to balance the taste.

  3 months in bottle    Alcohol content 13,5%

  Serve at 8 – 12 °C (depending on the pairings)

  Dry pastry, desserts, blue cheeses.
