We use our own sun-dried tomatoes to make this sauce with typical Mediterranean flavours. To these we combine the fragrance of basil and the uniqueness of our extra virgin olive oil. It can be used to season pasta as well as to garnish salads or simply spread on a crouton or slice of bread.
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in the fridge and consume within 3/4 days.
