The tomatoes are hand-picked, sorted, salted and dried under the sun. Immediately after the drying process, the tomatoes are potted and preserved in extra virgin olive oil.
It is recommended to store the product in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume the product within 3/4 days.
