The tomato is the main product of Apulian agriculture. Our tomatoes, according to ancient tradition, are hand-picked, sorted, salted and dried under the strong rays of the July and August sun. Immediately after the drying process, the tomatoes are potted and preserved in extra virgin olive oil. Adding a special aroma, thus giving uniqueness to the product, are a couple of fresh basil leaves, previously picked on our fields and skilfully selected by our staff.
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume the product within 3/4 days.
