Harvesting of grapes at the right degree of ripeness, with scrupulous selection of each bunch. Aged in 25 hl French oak tonneaux for 14 months.

COLOR: bright red ruby with garnet shades.
BOUQUET: dried violet, ripered fruits, sour-cherry liqueur, sensations of wet soil and mushrooms.
TASTE: on the palate it has a refined body and silky tannins, in great balance with the acid component. The final is fragrant, rich in mineral freshness.
