Harvested at the right degree of ripeness. Aged in steel in the absence of oxygen.
COLOR: deep straw yellow.
BOUQUET: orange blossom, fresh white-fleshed fruit, slight sensation of milk chocolate.
TASTE: on the palate it is warm but fresh at the same time, round with saline sensations. On the finish, it has juicy notes of white fruits, undergrowth and cocoa butter.

Serve at 8 – 10 °C 
Raw seafood, sushi and blue cheeses.
