Harvested at the right degree of ripeness. Aged for 7 months in 25 hl French oak barrels.
COLOR: intense golden yellow.
BOUQUET: peonies and broom, ripe peach and apricot, hazelnut butter, ginger, saffron, white pepper and mint.
TASTE: dry with fresh and salty notes that lighten the round and voluminous structure. Closes long with notes of hazelnut, white peach and ginger. A wine of great elegance, finesse and persistence.
