Grapes harvested at the right degree of ripeness. Short cold maceration. Disgorgement after 36 months of aging.
PERLAGE: fine and delicate.
COLOR: bright salmon pink.
BOUQUET: high pastry, small red fruits, pomegranate, cherries.
TASTE: on the palate is persuasive, between plays of juicy sweetness and fresh minerality. Long in aroma between sensation of matcha tea, cherry and saline returns.
